Reviewer: kenneth a. from middletown, ct

User Details: 57 year old woman with MS. Difficulty with walking distances. Problems withh balance and fatigue.

Strengths: Size and ease of break-down and re-assembly although the weight of the larger battery makes that a problem.

Weaknesses: Loss of room for feet due to increased size of battery. Change in seat fabric (plastic to leather?) does not allow for sliding out or around. Poor breaking Technician says that this cannot be repaired. I am driving over the edge and off my car lift due to this!!) No allowance for change in seat height.

Reviewer: wendy s. from reno, nv (caregiver)

User Details: My Grandfather has problems with stopping immediately and when he wants to take off it takes off with a jerk.

Strengths: It is easy to move around in tight spaces. The chair slides to the side for easy access to eat at a table. It is easy to get in and out of for a 92 year old man.

Weaknesses: The stop and go features does not exist. It needs a brake and some kind of gas ease to get started.
