The hand grips are phenomenal
The seat is difficult to maneuver on only 1 side... anyone else with limited or no idea use of their right hand might find this to be a problem too

Quality, Ease of Use
does not seem to allow attachment of a rear basket, or if so, the staff did not know this and said there is no rear basket for this scooter. So I remain confused.

Osteoarthritis in the knees makes it difficult to stay on feet very long. With the scooter,it adds quality to life.
Wish it could go faster and allow the seat to go further...
Feels stabile.
Difficult placement for charging port. Not too comfortable for seating for long periods.

80 year old man that can walk moderate distances but tires easily and has poor balance.
Easily to dismantle and load in my sedan.
Sturdy and comfortable seat. Perfect leg and foot placement. Adjustable seat and steering arm. Large basket and plenty of speed.
I haven't found anything. I could call a weakness.
