The strength is ease of use for sitting and laying.

The lift chair was bought for my 80 year old father. This is his second one he has had and loves it. This time he got the massage and heat.

headrest area is a little flatter than rest of back so needed to add padding (pillow/towels) to make up the difference.

Says it holds 400lbs well we will see because I weigh 275 and it already squeaks like it is straining to pull my weight.

I wish I could have sat i it prior to.purchase I would have bought the Tall size.

All the positions are available. Perfect width and height. The heat is amazing.

Coming out of the box, it doesn’t seem as sturdy as my previous chair. I upgraded thinking it would be an even better product. The left side arm creaks whenever the slightest pressure is applied. The zero gravity makes noises when getting into position.
