Not big or long enough

i'm 6'4" and I thought chair would be bigger. I am having shoulder replacement and am going to have to sleep on this chair. My feet hang off.

Straight lift feature is most important due to my particular disability. Very easy to maneuver.
Not as comfortable as expected in the upper back area. It thrusts out too much. Not the most attractive design but my choices were limited due to the size dimensions I required.

poor representation, not what expected, disappointed from...
Not sure-the 530 model lasted 3yrs.-until chassis collapsed. Was very comfortable. Sure thought the new and improved 525 Model would do the trick. Wrong! Representation was for 6ft. 4in. person. Then way does my 6ft. 4in. body stick over then of the chair 3in. The lumbar strikes my butt, not my back?!? Don't like fabric-too slick. If I had wanted slick leather, I'd of ordered it.

Comfortable. Needs leg extension
Massager remote has a button that doesn't work
Seems to be built solid
Massager remote has button that doesn't work. Was sent a replacement. Same button doesn't work. Waiting on a tech to look at chair. Needs to have leg extension. I am 6ft and legs hang over footrest.

The massager remote has a button that does not work. Was sent a replacement. The same button does not work.
I was disappointed that the footrest doesn’t come out on...
The only thing I can say is I am glad that this recliner is a lift chair. I like the heat and massage I ordered on this recliner.
The footrest didn’t come up and down on its own without having the other parts of the chair moving. Another thing I didn’t like was the recliner didn’t sit up as high as I would have liked.

The Lift Chair definity stretches out into a sleeping...
The independent positions of the recliner are wonderful. The upholstery is attractive and comfortable.
When I position the chair for the position where my feet are higher than my head, there is no place to rest my arms.

I have disbilities which cause much discomfort in my bones. The heat and vibrating features helps my muscles in my back but not my knees to relax.

The controls for the back movement could be improved. A headrest would be beneficial.

Footrest is too low when fully lifted so feet are bent downward instead of level with rest of body.
