For the price, it's a little wimpy. Could be a little more...
Easy to assemble and put in my truck. I'm 74 and it makes it easy to handle putting together for my wife.
No headlight and the horn is very, very weak. There is no backup signal either. The different colors are not pop in and need to be changed out using a screwdriver when the booklet says all you have to do is pop them in and out.

Easy to use portable scooter
Lightweight, portable and easy to disassemble. Great battery life. Comfortable and nice looking
Leg room is short for a taller person and the basket is way too small

Reliable portable scooter for limited activities.
Easy to break down components for transport. Battery mount design is especially noteworthy. Scooter is relatively light yet solid enough to carry upwards of 250 lbs and performs very well on relatively flat surfaces to include grass and gravel.
Lacks sufficient power to handle more than slight inclines and will trip breaker when stressed.

For an age 60+ female with neurological disorders and back problems who has difficulty walking more than very short distances.
A good quality scooter for the price.
It performs very good. I like the features, and like the interchangeable color panels, so I'm not stuck with a red scooter like most of them are.
The quality is a little questionable. The first scooter I received was extremely noisy,.so it was replaced. The replacement is much better, but after only two weeks I've already lost a hub cap on a front wheel. I haven't even loaded the scooter into my car yet, so one should not have fallen off that easy.

I have limited mobility, and I'm unable to stand or walk any distance without some kind of support.
Amazing Customer Service
The product is sturdy, easy to use and comfortable for my mother to sit on. What I appreciate most is the amazing customer service from the company. UPS damaged the first scooter that was received. The company had a replacement ordered immediately and my mom received it a week later. The company followed through with UPS to mitigate its error. This company responded almost immediately to all emails and correspondence. Their product is very good, but their service is outstanding.

my review of your scooter
the ride is adequate. I suppose and it is comfortable.

Don't like the plastic tires. Should be rubber.
