Have an older same model which was much better.
Reliability of previous model. Haven’t had it long enough to tell about this one, but hope it is the same.
Older model much better. This one is so stiff when wheels get in certain position they will not move. The joy stick is too easy to inadvertently move and you are not going the speed you wanted. I was replacing a different wheelchair that had this joystick and that’s one of the main reasons for getting rid of it. Previous control was much better. I was very disappointed when I found this control. Maybe that’s the manufacturers fault, not yours, but it should be corrected. Perhaps my expectations were too high since I really liked the older model and would have given it much higher rating except for these two issues.

Age 86. Cannot walk.
Love everything about this power chair !!
Comfortable, well balanced, great outdoors as well as indoors.
It is an awesome chair. I would not change a thing. I have been in a power chair for 10+ yrs, this chair is perfect for this 78 yr old female.

At ease ,comfy ride
Easy to operate, smooth, quiet ride.
Front wheels get hung up on rugs sometimes and the footrest is to narrow.

I’m 63 years old and I have been in a wheelchair for 12 years.
Smooth easy purchase and setup
Powerful easy to operate wheelchair. Fits in areas that people told me I couldn't go.
Does not come with tie-down hooks for transporting. When choosing chair, go with the larger one. The standard chair is quite small.

6ft 1in, 235lb man, 62yrs old with leg braces and partial amputation of both feet. Cannot stand or walk without assist of walker then only short perio
Quality made
The larger wheels make it access more areas around the ranch.
Assembly direction were not the best. We had to assemble it ourselves. The batteries seemed dead and would not charge. The instruction said to call Spin Life if that happened and being after hours on Friday we had to wait. We turned to YouTube and there was a video showing unpacking and settling up the Jazzy 600ES. The batteries cables were not connected. The video showed us how to get to the batteries and connect them. Your instructions had nothing regarding this. This is important because I think they might have had to be disconnected for shipping. It caused many hours of stress that could have been avoided if you had addressed this in your instructions.
