The customer service of this company is great!
Even with wheels, the stability of this product surpasses my expectations.
I wish only that this product was less difficult to fold to put it into the car.

After battling MS for 20 years, simple walking is tough some days, but using this equipment makes me feel less a burden.

Larger wheels than the former SpinLife I owned. Cupholder is very handy. Wider spaces between rear wheels. Brake system is superb. Much better than just the pressure type I had on the other SpinLife

Age 80. Osteoporosis. Uses the Rolling Walker when walking outside. Inside, uses a cane
Excellent.
Easy to get around with.
Mom has memory problems and doesn't remember it has brakes...but this wouldn't be an issue with most people and it's not a fault of the walker.

Walker was for my mother who has a 2nd home in Florida and we wanted another walker to leave there so we/they didn't have to transport.
Great Rollator, lightweight, great maneuverability,...
It is lightweight and easy to maneuver.
I still have not figured out how to attach the basket underneath. One of these days I will try again, I am sure it is something easy and I should patiently rethink it.

83 year old female. Has had a stroke.
Lightweight, easy to fold up and put in car trunk.
Great to get around in, easy to use, having a seat if one needs a rest, can take on planes, gives one more independence.
The only weakness I've encountered is in some of the older models where the basket was under the seat, and by sitting on seat one weakened the basket supports and finally the broke off. Supports were not repairable and one had to discard basket and buy a new one, and it was dificcult to find just a basket!
