Is is both sturdy and comfortable. A very good product at a good price.

The plastic rings that are attached to the lid that clip on the frame sometimes slip off. When this happens the lid won't close.

The fact that is was completely assembled was a pleasant suprise. Large shipping container, but very light and easy to handle. Although, not that many parts, I expected something that I had to put together first. Being assembled could be more than just convenience for those who must get by on their own. This is something that elderly folks, with less than perfect hands, may want to think about.

Over the toilet riser to aid physical disability.

Brand name is trustworthy. It is not a huge lift on the toilet instead the product is raised on legs.

NOTHING - that is why when we needed one not just at home, but in the office we purchased a second one.
