86 year old, really liked it, light weight and it is the second one we have ordered had one for 91 year old previously. great product.
Great light weight
Light weight - easy to fold & push around. Padded seat nice. Price was right
It was too easy/light for my Dad. Moved out from under him too fast (he has Alzheimer's and has difficulty with new things) My Mom loves it and uses it now. The basket seems unnecessary.

My wife, who is 77 years old has a condition that prevents her from lifting one of her legs, which prevents her from balanceing very well without some
Ease of use and convenience
Easy to manuever. Not too wide (older models were wider and sometimes difficult to fit through certain doorways).
The wheels aren't as big or sturdy as earlier models.

My mom. She is 79 and recently broke her hip.
Easy to assemble and use.
Well built, does not leave tracks in carpeting as does one with only two wheels and the seat is very useful.
Takes more room when folded to load in a car.
