Nice chair, love the Brisa fabric which I paid $500+ for but severely disappointed about the lack of heat in the heating feature. Massage is rather annoying than comforting. Chair is good if all I wanted was a chair.

Minimal heat from the heat/massage option I purchased. I tried a Cambridge chair in a medical store in Niagara Falls NY and because the heat was so comforting and helped by constant pain I ordered the chair. I do not feel I got what I experienced in the store though I am told the same heating elements are common to all of your chairs.

My mother, who is 88 and suffers both from severe spinal stenosis and congestive heart disease, is the primary user of this chair.

Ease of use One comment. If it were possible to add a swivel base it would allow you to face your guests who are probably sitting to the side and behind you.

So far, none but we have not had it long enough. Ask me this question same time next year

This chair was perfect for my father that just had triple bypass. It is everything the website states. It shipped fast but check your door dimensions.

I am 6 feet 9 inches tall and weigh 370 pounds. The chair takes care of me like I was still 20 and at 6' 9" and 155 pounds. I sleep very comfortably in it; according to my wife, too comfortably

Finding a non-porous fabric on a lift chair was a challenging task. This chair ticked all of the boxes.

Shipping was fine, but, as the purchaser not living with my mother, I had no information about whether or not the chair was delivered, or if my mother actually received the chair. I had to make a visual and call the company to confirm delivery.
