The quality is good. The size of the medium chair is not to scale. The seat is not as deep as it should be. The hard spring hits the middle of my back to the extent I have back pain every time I get up. The Large chair has the same problems...hard lump or spring right in the middle of the back of the chair. The seat is also very hard. Very little padding.
Hard fiber and no padding at the right places...middle of back and middle of the seat. Causes back pain. Chair has to be very far out from the wall for the chair to recline. By the time I use the lift to stand up I'm in the middle of my room. I thought buying these chairs at a good price was important but I would rather have quality. The extension is not connected to the bottom. The lift is wobbly and does not feel strong.

I'm sorry I haven't already written my stress over my chairs. I was in hopes the larger chair which my husband uses would be softer than my chair.
It is over stuffed Needs more stuffing in arms and foot
It is sturdy
order with less stuffing

She has muscular dystrophy and scoliosis. She has been sleeping in a chair that does not fit her. She is 6 ft. This chair fits her better.
It is usable and does what I need it for, to help get up...
It works well and is a reasonably good fit for my size.
It just does not feel as stable as other chairs I have sat in.

76 year old male with one bad leg and one below the knee amputation.
Expected what I bought and did not get the heat I wanted...
Nice chair, love the Brisa fabric which I paid $500+ for but severely disappointed about the lack of heat in the heating feature. Massage is rather annoying than comforting. Chair is good if all I wanted was a chair.
Minimal heat from the heat/massage option I purchased. I tried a Cambridge chair in a medical store in Niagara Falls NY and because the heat was so comforting and helped by constant pain I ordered the chair. I do not feel I got what I experienced in the store though I am told the same heating elements are common to all of your chairs.

My mother, who is 88 and suffers both from severe spinal stenosis and congestive heart disease, is the primary user of this chair.

Sturdy construction, easy to use
Very disappointed that the foot rest rises only when the chair reclines. We needed a chair that has a foot rest when sitting up comfortably as all of our old ones did.
