The carrier is easy to install and make adjustment to. An excellent carrier for the price. Could not ask for a better manual lift. Safety catches on the ramp prevent the ramp from falling as it snaps into the locked position.

The product is of high quality but it is just to hard for me to handle.

It is very hard to load my power chair to the E-Z carrier, I cannot do it by myself. I have to look for another carrier.

It is simple to assemble. Worked just like they said. Very wonderful works better than you think.

Could use a solid platform on the bottom. To keep water from coming up underneath. I used a 1/2 plywood works very well.

looks fine and fits nicely up against the car when not in use...good access to trunk.

The ramp leading up is so narrow the wheels often go over the side....fine on the landing. Had difficulty when my first independent use of the lift and putting it away....it was not possible for me to fold up to the car. Also difficulty with placing pins in and out as it requires more strength than I have independently.....I need more practice and/or a nearby helper.

I am 70 and need a wheel chair for long walks. This product is wonderful easy to put together and use.

It is strong, fairly easy to use if you are fairly healthy and have good upper body strength.

It can be difficult to lift for some people if they do not realize the heavy weight.

Adjustable hitch height. My Yukon hitch is 22 inches above the ground. Carrrier hitch lowers to 13 inches.
