The chair is comfortable, attractive, and easy to use.
The back tilts back when the footrest is raised. I expected the two systems to be independent of each other.

Good
The Zero Gravity feature is very restful, and the many positions help in finding a comfort level.
The back heat unit seems to stay on all of the time making me sweat. I was told that "the heat & massage unit always worked together regardless" which isn't a good feature for summer months. I would like to control the heat with a stable OFF button when its not needed.

It is a good chair for laying back with feet up.
It is uncomfortable to sit upright in the chair and the cushions are too firm.

There is a defect in the movement of the chair.
The product is as advertised however it would seem that the mechanism needs an adjustment to make the chair function with out a drop of about an inch when the chair bottoms.
I see no weakness other than the required adjustment.

The chair is all that we hoped it would be.
Most important to us is the functionality and ease of use.
It would be nice if the little black box in the back and the battery holder could be stored under the chair out of the way.
