The cushion back padding provides enough firmness with comfort, has excellent lumbar support for those with sciatic problems, the constant lit remote is easy to find in the dark, and it also is easy to use. Outstanding craftsmanship on the upholstery, on overall design and construction of the chair.

I wish there was a way of making the chair move a little faster from the reclined position to an upright position. When the mailman or anyone rings my doorbell, it is difficult to get off the chair to answer the door.

I have problems with my knees and this chair will help me stand with less pressure on the knees.

We have two chairs, one for the living room and one in the bedroom. This is great for him to watch TV. Makes it so much easier for him to get up and down.

Maybe a pocket up a litter higher to store the controller.

The 3 positions enable my husband to get in and out easily. He even sleeps in it. Delivery by Duie Pyle was excellent

I think one of the most important things is that it stands you almost completely up, slowly. My Son kept asking if it scared me when getting up but, I can honestly say it doesn't. I'm very unsteady on my feet so that is saying a lot.

I wish there was a way to turn the light on the remote off. And, I advise everyone to read the suggestions regarding size to order. I always think I'm bigger than I am, so I ordered the larger size which is alright but, I could have used the smaller one.
