Great USA made quality, very heavy, should last a lifetime.
Heavy-duty construction, Made in USA, quality paint, nuts-bolts etc. are good quality. Came with one tie down strap which is enough, also excellent made scooter cover. My wife and I put it together and had it attached to the hitch in a little over an hour.
It's heavy but manageable with two people. Ramp is steep where it meets the platform thus the bottom of the scooter scrubs loading and unloading it. That's a minor inconvenience.

It's hard for one person to load and unload without lowering the unit too close to the ground to haul it
So much nicer than the last ramp.
What an awesome ramp. All metal and ratchets are attached. Easy to load chair.
Already a few rust spots.
