Has all the functions I wanted in a transport chair
At last! The design and specs are as thoughtful of the caregiver/driver as it is for the passenger, so they love the chair as much as I do: Brakes on the hand grips that can drag on wheels where it's a little steep as well as full lock; comfortable height for hand grips and maneuvering the chair. The wheels are of a type to better maneuver through uneven and unpaved terrain which makes both of us feel more secure; swing away arm rests and fold down back for easier transfers and access for dressing; caregivers have said they like the lightweight and quick easy folding for storage and transporting in vehicle. My doctors really appreciate the ability to fold down the back rest during check ups! I like the security of the footrest straps. I'm a small lady so the roomy seat lets me put a small pillow next to me to support my weak side and arm and I can get my lap blanket tucked around me much easier, so you could even carry a purse or pouch next to you when travelling. With the desk style arms and higher seat I have closer access when at the table and sink, which makes my life a bit easier... and less messy ;) Finally, I love the classy shade of red that is on the frame I get compliments on how it looks as well as all the bells and whistles it has. Though it's just a transport chair it is nice to get transported around with a little style:)
Though it has a handy pouch on the back of the backrest, no toolkit was provided for quick maintenance or adjustments which I find odd as with a car purchase you always get a jack and a spare tire. Something for SpinLife to take into consideration- there are still many folks smaller than average and it would be a boon to offer more options at the low end for sizes in this model.

75yr old, suffered a stroke and can't walk or maneuver a regular wheelchair.
I would recommend this chair for short outings
12" wheels makes it easier for the caregiver to push. Light-weight. Love the blue color. It folds easily. The price is fair.
I'm not sure how to remove the desk chair arms. It really should have more storage. It needs a little more padding on the back of and on the seat itself. Long periods of use seem like it would be uncomfortable.

This product met and exceeded our expectations.
Looks, ease of movement for caregiver, handle grip, compact to store in car. We also could not believe how fast it shipped! Thank you!
Absolutely none.

Wonderful chair! Definitely worth the money.
The 12" rear wheels give my husband a much smoother ride and make pushing this chair effortless. The style of the hand brakes are very comfortable and convenient for me when I want to stop briefly as I don't have to bend down to use the wheel brakes to keep the chair from rolling. The chair height and the desk arms allow us to use it in the house at our table and also in restaurants. This chair is very sturdy, well made, and very attractive. We both love it!
The only weakness I can think of really isn't a weakness. This chair is a little heavier than our previous one but I would never go back to the old one.

Male 65 years of age. Very little mobility due to balance instability. Can walk a few steps with a walker but spends most of the day sitting.
Quality construction & maneuverability.
excellent product- Dr appointments made effortless with this "user friendly" chair. nothing but rave reviews. Also, I was very pleased with the salesperson I had when I phoned your company after seeing product online. Prompt, courteous service and chair was received exactly when promised. thank you.
Don't know of and don't expect to hear of any.

This chair is difficult to open. I received a return authorization; but sprayed the chair with silicone spray to make it easier to open and decided to keep it. But, this only lasted about a week and I have to continue to spray it to open easily. Also, the armrests are a little too short. They should be longer for comfort and stability. All in all, a poorly designed chair.
