Its comfort, durability, and design. It works as intended and takes the pressure off bony parts of the buttocks.

Velcro on the bottom of the cushion--Not sure how it was designed to be used. Cover should be coated to protect the cushion from spills or urinary incontinence.

It has velcro attached to the seat but not a piece of velcro to attach to bottom of chair.Material seems to make him slide a little to much in seat.
