I am 83, no longer drive. I live in town and the scooter gives me freedom to get around. I am now able to go get my groceries myself and get outside.

Ease of use, ease of assembly.

The weight of some of the parts. I will be purchasing a ramp that attaches to the back of my car. This will eliminate the need to disassemble and assemble the scooter.

Easy to take apart, carry to the back of the car, and easy to put back together.

There were some problems with the electric start at first, but with a phone call, and help from advice from the company, it was simple to fix. However, the person had some experience.

Easy to handle while driving and easy to disassemble and reassemble.

It's a little heavy so maybe it could be made with lighter material but still carries the weight of a rider.

It arrived with a package to change the colors which is absolutely useless. I ordered red and that was all I needed
