it is a little slow to raise and lower and the cords and battery are ugly on the floor. When the chair is in the "UP" position (ready for one to sit on to be lowered) the underneath workings are visible. It would be nice to have fabric covering this area at all stages of chair use.

Age 50, MS, walks with rollator
Very easy to use.
Stable, easy to use, controller easy to hold and read buttons. Cons: The seat is hard one cannot sit very long till your butt starts to hurt.
It seems like the frame and wood work are out of alignment on the left side. You can feel it rubbing when going to the Zero Gravity position.

90 Oct/18 2013 cannot stand up without assistance, 7 years now. Wore out another chair that was used previously.
I would recommend this chair for people with back problems
Zero Gravity is the best feature
The seat of this chair should be as soft as the back.

This is the best chair or near the best on the market.
This chair is very comfortable, well made and and a good therapy chair. It is so well made. No comparison to the less expensive chair she had before. It is so superior. Well worth the money. You will have it forever.
