I've tried 4 other power lift chairs, all uncomfortable,...
The features are great. Love the different positions you can use. I use the zero gravity quite a bit.
Haven't found any. I love this chair.

I'm 75 and have severe arthritis which makes it difficult getting up & down. This chair is my lifesaver.
All Chairs should have the zero gravity, full recline...
As a designer, I know how important it is to size a piece of furniture to the user. Many people don't know that seat height off of the ground, seat depth and a proportional, supportive back are extremely important, not only for comfort, but for the ability of the user to be properly supported.
The additional pillow, which I purchased, needs to be slightly larger, and flatter...it is poofy and forces the head and neck to be at an uncomfortable angle in most every chair configuration. Also, a more heavily padded arm with a rounded, more traditional look would be nice for people who don't like contemporary, overstuffed looking furniture.

Ken is my father, and I actually picked this chair and ordered it for my Mom. My name is Cynthia and the email address you have is mine.

Very comfortable, the mechanism is excellent
Appears to be well made and goes beyond the ordinary lift chair which is restricted to just lifting. I had a severe attack of sciatica and was able to adjust the positions to the point where I could spend a comfortable night.
Need to be careful as little dogs can get under it and get crushed.

quality is disappointing
better than nothing. The chair is nice looking.
Chair is wobbly and feels frail. Must plug in to wall or you have the controls on using electricty. Should have on off swith on controls The heat and wave only cover the lower back should enclude butt and the showder or upper legs.

My 88 year old mother is the end user. She was reluctant at first because she hates new things but has warmed up to the new chair

Inadequate lift height
comfort
Just doesn't lift me high enough. Still requires a lot of leg strength to stand up. Disappointing.
