It doesn't get around outside as well as I expected.
It's easy to operate and comfortable to sit on.
Doesn't get around well on inclines or in the grass.

I am a retired male, 70 years old, with a bad back and trouble walking with a bad hip. That is why I bought the scooter.
It meets my expectations so far.
That it is able to take me places.
No place to put my caution or warning flag for drivers to see.

Myself, will be using it.
Makes life easier!
How lightweight it is and how easily it can be cared for.
The color shroud pop off easier than I would like.

I am 70 years old and love my Scout 4-Wheel. I cannot stand or walk for any length of time so using my Scout is a godsend! I have freedom again!
I find the unit easy to drive.
I like that I have the ability to move at different speeds depending on what and where I'm using it.
I've used the scooters at the retail stores and I see that mine doesn't turn as sharply as they do. But I do understand why so I actually don't find it a weaknesses.

Meets expectations for use and getting around.

Disabled 71 year-old man who requires oxygen and cannot walk very far unassisted.
She now can enjoy doing shopping and little adventures to...

Haven't found any weaknesses yet.

My 65 year old partner uses scooter for events that require her to do a lot of walking, she has bad knees and COPD and this is very handy for her.
Independence.
The sturdiness makes her feel comfortable and she doesn't feel like she is going to tip over when she uses the scooter.
It would be nice if it came with more then just one reflector and if it was equipped with a seat belt.

I have a 30 year old daughter with spina bifida. We wanted more independence for her so we thought we give the scooter a try and open a new world.
Love it. But it does have a few issues.
Easy to tear down and load into my car. Has great uphill climbing power and it came in my favorite color, red! SpinLife was extremely accommodating when the extended battery took a while to deliver.
Wheels rub on the under body. Seat is not height adjustable. Needs louder horn, this tiny thing can't be heard! I also wish that it came with a headlight of some sort.

Great battery life and very dependable.
Long battery life and light weight, which makes it easy to load into a car or truck.

I’m 73 years old and go to a lot of car shows and swap meets. The Scout 4 does a fantastic job at an affordable price.
