It is for my wife's chair that she needs when we go places. She needs the bigger tanks of oxygen and they go on the back of her chair.
The installer came late; damaged my new van!
Works as expected! Easy to use.
The installer need to be trained better! Product is very good.

I use a walker in house but use my power chair when I go out. Used to pull a trailer to haul two chairs but now only need one chair.
Good solution, a few learning issues.
Reduces fatigue for me. Able to charge the scooter. Since we got through the learning curve, I've been able to get out a lot more. Well built. The scooter is stable in the back of the vehicle.
The control pendulum is hard to get to. I am looking for something to mount to the side of the van to hold it. We had a couple learning issues. The power cable got caught and caused the breaker to trip. Finding the breaker was a little difficult. We went to an event and after unloading the scooter, the platform did not go all the way back into the van; it was about 1 inch short from allowing us to close the hatch. When we came back I lowered [the platform] until it lifted the van and it worked fine. The ground was a little uneven, I'm assuming the lift may have moved a little. Have not had trouble since.

I was diagnosed with MS in 1993 and over the last 22 years my functionality has gradually deteriorated to the point that I'm only able to walk 50 feet
This BackPacker has made my life as the caregiver so much...
I am very pleased with this BackPacker. It's rugged and fits the bill
My biggest complain is that it is noisy. Have to drive 611 miles the other day and it rattled all the way.

Easy to use!
It is made of high quality products and has been very thoughtfully put together so it is easy to use even if you have physical limitations.
I feel there should be a way to either hang the controller so it is more accessible to user or have a longer cord.

59 year old male with severe COPD
Meets my needs very well.
Ease of operating
The seat belt should be easier to tighten, like a cycle tie down. The pendant should be closer to the lift.

71 year old male, partial palegia. Have been using electric chair for 6 yrs. ramping into a mini van.
It is wonderful!!!
Allows me the freedom to enjoy shopping by myself without help with my scooter. It is easy to use.
The only weakness is the rattling when going over rough roads. We are trying to figure out how to lessen this.
