Reliability and ease of installation (With help)

One thing, the U-bolts on the hold down bar are too long, I had to add stack washers. It is rather slow in operation, but performs well.

I am 90, the user of the new Backpacker Lift, and it is one of the better things I've ever bought. It does the job.

This product is extremely effective. The ease of operation makes this such a worthy investment. I highly recommend it.

The lift needs to be installed to the letter of the instructions by someone who knows what they are doing. The first attempt by those scheduled for us had to come back a second time.

I have MS and need an effective way to get a scooter in and out of my car.

I am 70 years old with a condition called Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM). The combination of the backpacker and the Jazzy Air have given me much more freedom to enjoy going out with my husband. even trips to grocery store and out to dinner are so much easier (for both of us).

Have not seen any.

Ease of use.

The cradle for the controller should be mounted on the platform. It can be difficult to reach when the lift is fully loaded up.

the belt does not hold so my scooter moves around when driving. real problem.

Simplicity of design and function. Incredible tolerances for the lift mechanism at the rear bumper.

The installation and operation instructions were a little fuzzy on certain items.

Easy to use

One of the tools (manual override tool) would not fit but when I called was told tool would be replaced.Received e mail next workday that tool was on the way. Now thats is customer service
