maneuvers easily, great inside or outside, long run time on a charge
the only weakness is difficult to get down on floor to plug in charger-other brands extend charging port higher for ease of connection

We were very pleased with its performance
Ease of operation, assembly and disassembly

The patient, my wife, is crippled by arthritis and therefore unable to climb or descend stairs. Since our home has stairs at the entry I built a ramp
Grateful that there are products like this that are...
Portability and ease of taking it apart and putting it back together for transport. ...and the color choices are great..! ...and it very 'zippy' (need for speed..!)...! Love that...! My sister and I came off the line on a sidewalk in Washington, DC...and I pulled out ahead of her's (she has the same model, only 2 years older and she has a smaller battery.)...and so I won ..! Yeah..! Don't worry...we just needed to know..!
Perhaps it would be nice if there were a feature where you would not have to 'hold' the 'forward' lever with the same thumb, when going significant distances. Also, when going long distances in crowded conditions, if there was an adustment control where you could control the speed of the unit, to the speed of the crowd, either + or -. I used the dial for turtle/rabbit with my other hand...which worked but was a tad awkward. And finally, you might want to take into consideration, the 'right hand/left hand' thing for choosing which side of the controls should be the go-forward lever. Oh..one more inspiration...if you could figure out how to put a light, something that glows brighter when you're slowing down or stopping, for the folks that might be following to close in a crowd.

Easy to use and to transport.
I have owned other travel scooters, and this one is the easiest to dismantle for transporting. The battery seems to hold a good charge. The availability of service centers is a big plus, since everything will breakdown sometime. I have confidence in Pride service system.
1) The basket is too small and it is hard to remove it from the bracket. I replaced the bracket and a larger wire basket which meets my needs. 2) The glare from the control panel is distrubing at dusk, so I have to cover it with my hand. 3) The low clearance and 8" wheels make it difficult on uneven surfaces, and forget about crossing any kind of grass area. 4) A headlight option would be helpful.

OUTSTANGING DESIGN WITH ONLY TWO ISSUES, BOTH MINOR
SIZE AND EASE OF MOVEMENT MAKE UNIT A SUPER IN APT MOBILITY AID, STABLE, COMFORTABLE, SIZE FITS ANYWHERE, USED IN VISITS TO ART MUSEUMS, CONCERTS, TRAVEL, LOVE IT, BETTER THAN LARGER MACHINES, GO ANYWHERE, DO ANYTHING MACHINE
MINOR ISSUE: TRIM ON HANDLE BAR KEPT FALLING OFF AND BROKE. POOR USE OF DECORATION, POOR DESIGN DETAIL. TRIM ON SIDE OF FOOT DECK EASY TO KICK OFF AS ONE'S FOOT MOVES TO FLOOR, NEEDS BETTER GRIP TO FOOT FRAME EDGE. SPEED CONTROL LOW SPEED ALLOWS TOO FAST ACCELERATION WHEN STARTING UP, MACHINE CAN JUMP WITH RISK TO BYSTANDERS, SAFETY ISSUE TO BE ADDRESSED IN HANDBOOK OR IN DESIGN OF CONTROLS. MACHINE IS FREE OF OTHER PROBLEMS, LOVE IT!

Small, compact, great for home and travel. Manuvers in tight areas, wonderful for shopping and getting around parks. All the safety features you expect and easy to transport. The scooter looks much better than pictured, very nice, quality scooter that has provided me with greater freedoms.
