I think sometimes the chairs are not inspected all over, the one I purchased had a bad rubber handle for the right brake, however after I sent a e-mail to your compay it was very quickly replaced

lightweight and easy to manuever
compact, lightweight, manuverable and affordable. Chair is great to transport my mother in-law from the bedroom to the living room etc. They live in a older home and the size works well in the narrower hallways.
No real weaknesses...chair is designed for transport which it does wonderfully.
