I cannot walk and it opened up a new world for me
It makes a loud noise when it rolls and I don't know what...
It is good for the need but the noise makes me just want to park it because it is very embarrassing. I had one for years I bought locally and never had any problems till years later. Repair was too expensive.
I really can't answer this question because I don't know the cause of the noise it makes. I hate to make a bad review but don't what to do about the problem. As a whole it fits my needs but it stresses me too much to ride it.

I have Post Polio Syndrome from having Polio at age 5. I am 73. I need 2 scooters for home and van. This helps not to have to load and unload.
A great product at an excellent price.

Nice scooter for elders
Easy to assemble and use. Sturdy and smooth ride.
The basket in the front is too small, and the battery is a little heavy and seems too close to the ground.

My wife is 26 years old and has cerebral palsy. She loves the scooter.
Excellent compromise for indoor and outdoor use. Very...
The controls and the battery are well placed. The swivel seat is a nice feature.
The rear basket was was not fully thought out by your design engineers. It is essentially non-functional. The basket is fixed to the seat and swivels with the seat, such that it is always behind the driver. An elderly or disabled person cannot easily reach around to put things in the basket. The basket needs to be fixed to the cart and held stationary. When the seat swivels, the driver can then be next to the basket and put things into it, without straining to reach around.
