End user is my husband. He has COPD and on oxygen all the time. The scooter allows him freedom to ride outside and gives him much enjoyment
overall, it's a good product
portability, comfort
battery gauge does not show the level of power as it is used. the lights never change. power just goes off without warning of battery depletion

It is well worth the money
Tires would be better if they were rubber soft tires

Craftsmanship, size is perfect not to big
The cord to charge the battery should be higher. It is somewhat difficult for her to bend down to plug in cord into scooter. And should be marked perhaps with arrows or color dots to help with failing eyesight

My 90 year old Mother who is in fairly good health just unable to walk far. She can motor around in the retirement community.
Great to have independance in mobility.
Light weight and folds for easy tranfering.
The battery can be a little lighter
