ease of use, swivels, moves things as well as people
not the product's fault, but our stairs are narrow not allowing good room for someone walking. We knew this before buying the lift.

I think it could use a pad on the upper end of track
It is easy to install and very solid.

She is my wife, has recently had congestive heart failure and previously had both knees replaced so her legs just became to weak to climb the stairs.
Easy to install (less than 4 hours) a life-saver.
Very easy to install, comfortable, works smoothly and quietly.

Unable to climb stairs because of arthritis in both knees. My husband also had recent heart surgery and can use it as well. We are both over 70.

Easy to use and comfortable. Priced right!!!!
It takes up more space on the stairway than I would like but we were able to expand our stairs to a wider width and that makes it even better.

Easy to install.
The stairlift instructions and the installation video on youtube.com made for an easy installation. The stairlift works great and ease of operation is a big plus.
When pushing down on the lever to rotate the chair, the lever hits the side of the unit stopping it from rotating 90 degrees.I took apart the chair and reset the travel of the lever.

A person who has Parkinson's.
Good product.
It was easy to install, looks very nice, does the job! It certainly eased our minds knowing they have these and will not have to walk up and down stairs.
It has such a wide track compared to others we looked at. It takes up quite a bit of space on the stairs and makes it somewhat difficult to use the stairs if not riding the unit.
