Don't know what I did without this chair.
Chair is sturdy and comfortable in any position.
Could use pocket up higher.otr inside of chssir rather than down so low.

I'm a 76 yr old widow with many health problems, and this chair has made my life much more comfortable. I love the ease of care and the control.
Great recliner
2 independent motors which allow you an array of positions. Th Shale Fabric is durable and yet nice looking.
The controller cord is illuminate but could possible be a little brighter. Maybe bigger buttons for those who suffered any type of hand mobility issues.

Quality and durable
Smooth motion, general high quality, although cut back some nice small features from prior high end models.
Product seems fine. Delivery and service this time was not good. Company and delivery service were courteous in trying to get resolutions but as of now, three weeks after delivery, one chair is still missing a transformer so no adjustment is possible. White glove service was paid for on both products and they were late, rescheduled and no where near the cost, $255 per chair. Company did credit 100 .

Have had several Golden products. Large mobile limited user.
ONE LINE NOT ENOUGH
PRETTY MUCH WHAT I EXPECTED. MISINFORMATION GIVEN FOR DELIVERY TIMING.
CHAIR'S BACK CAN BE SEEN ALWAYS. STAPLES USED TO HOLD MATERIAL ARE SILVER AND REALLY STAND OUT MAKING IT LOOK CHEAP. DID NOT HAVE A SEAT PROTECTING MAT. NO WAY TO USE ARM REST COVRS. NO PINS SENT WITH THIS. ALSO, WISH I HAD GOTTEN A WIDER SEAT AREA. ARMS DO NOT FIT NEXT TO ME WHEN SLEEPING.

My husband is 71 with severe neuropathy. Basically lives in the chair (eats, sleeps, watches TV, etc.)>
Number of positions
Like the feature of being able to control footrest separate from back
The biggest weakness for me is that the chair needs raised to get access using a patient lift. With the tilt of the raised seat ,it is awkward for a patient in a sling not to slide off. Provision for the lift wheels at floor level would improve transfers.

After about one month of using this chair am very satisfied...
The lift feature, while not always needed now, I'm sure it will be in the future.
Haven't found any so far.

I'm an 82 year old male, 300 lbs, with a pacemaker and defibbrilater. Still very active. Had both knees, both shoulders and one hip replaced.
My husband enjoys this chair.
The O Gravity feature and it comfortability.
The weakness is the hand held cord connects under the chair and its short length.

My husband is the user of this chair.
Easy enough to use
Anti- gravity feature.,Being able to elevate my feet to the extent permitted by the chair was an important feature
The chair seat is very slippery requiring a clingy seat cover to be applied to the seat area Thursday against slipping off the chair during its elevation mode in existing the chair. This happened to me. Your promotional message should inform the consumer accordingly rather to learn of this deficiency after delivery , requiring the purchase of a clinging material to avoid falls.

A 71 year old mail with an autoimmune muscle disorder. The lift chair assists the individual in getting out of the chair to a standing position
