It's kind of heavy. I thought it will be a bit lighter thin what i was expecting but i like it.

Ease of portability. Quiet. Quick battery charge.

Stability, longer range.

Inability to turn around in the elevator. But, I see you have a new product with independent front wheels, too bad it's over my price range.

It's not slow. You can adjust the speed and it rides good.

I wish it folded up and had the ability to be pulled like a suitcase.

It's for me to move around at different car shows and travel from place to place.

I feel this is a great product and very reasonably priced. If I went to 5 different events and rented one it would be 75 bucks each for a little more I own my own.

I just wish it had the backup sound and a small mirror.
