Love this little scooter - named her Ladybug!
Stability - definitely would recommend 4 wheel vs 3 wheel.
Does not easily collapse or fold down. Have to remove the seat and then fold down steering shaft. Also, it is somewhat heavy - I cannot lift it into and out of the car without assistance.

71 years old; compression fractures in lumbar area and can only walk short distances. Got this scooter to enable me to travel and shop and go sightsee
As advertised! Easy to use.
This scooter is easy to assemble and comes apart in four pieces that go into the vehicle very well. The speed is perfect and I can use the scooter inside the house as I do outside. The width allows me to manage every inside doorway with ease. It is sturdy for my 6 ft 4 in, 285 lb body and yet is small enough for travel. I was very surprised that I got exactly what was stated in the details of the purchase. Good job Spinlife. This scooter has given me back my mobility.
It could use more room for the foot rest. I don't actually use it for anything other then a package or two. I have long legs and use the area above the front wheels to rest my feet. Works well for me but it might be safer if the foot rest was longer.

Terrific value for the price, but not suitable for those...
I LOVE that the Phoenix HD 4 wheel is SO lightweight and easily drives right over my door sill without catching like my old Maxima always did. Also rides over my driveway curb with it's much higher undercarriage clearance. Tiller controls placed behind the handles provide much easier speed control than the Pride Maxima. Also LOVE that the arm rests flip up and the seat turns at 45* to make exiting the Phoenix easier and more secure with it's automatic braking system.
Only one MAJOR complaint with the Phoenix HD 4 wheel unit is the extremely short deck. If not for the rubberized coatings on top of the front wheel shrouds to rest my feet - I wouldn't be able to use it even remotely comfortably with my long legs and joint issues. If you're over 5'8" or so, Phoenix may not fit your legs and feet comfortably. Had I known it's floorboard was that short, I would definitely NOT have purchased it.

Good battery life. Looks great
The fact that I can't store the scooter in my car in freezing weather. Drive recomends you not store in O degrees centigrade

Physical disability
Scooter is very nice for the price.
Cost and ease of use.
Scooter arrived with the lower charging north cover broken (on the battery) I was too anxious to be "out and about" to wait for resolution so I accepted the scooter as is.

60 year old former professional who had become house bound prior to receipt of the scooter. I had used a different scooter.
Rugged and reliable so far
Supports heavy weight. Good speed. Seat turns 360 degrees so access is good.
Not as much leg room as led to believe. I have arthritis and often have trouble bending them. I thought I would have more room.

User has difficulty with walking distances due to arthritis in back and knees.
Get Out There !!
The portability of this scooter is the best feature, the ability to take down into 4 pieces and put in a trunk is great. The power of the vehicle is pretty good, nice seat and the swivel is key
If anything I don't care for, but it is unavoidable, is the size, not enough room for my legs. But if it was too big, it wouldn't fit in vehicles or be too heavy so I deal with it, I put my legs over the fenders.

Cant walk very far, bad hips and legs. 50 yrs old, active male
Good quality
Battery is good and the unit is easy to operate
Needs more aggressive tire tread and other wheel in back needs to be a drive wheel also, this would make a world of difference
