Not as good as the High profile 4
It is much cheaper than the Roho and have some of the same features, it's very lightweight.
The product doesn't look or feel as durable as the Roho cushion. It also needs to be available in the 4"cell high profile,to provide more air and comfortable sitting, especially if you are very active everyday.

Works very well as advertised
Works to relieve pressure points and air moves to allow great comfort
Not quite stiff enough, When sitting on cushion it has tendancy to roll up slightly. Need to flatten after patient first gets in chair.

Used for wheel chair except when laying down or sitting on sofa or lounge chair.
Good price, good service, honest people.
Allows me to sit in my PowerChair or mobility scooter for longer periods of time. I have an office chair that gets very hard. It is several years old. This air cushion allows me to sit for longer periods without replacing the chair.
None so far, I have had my first cushion for a couple of years now with no leaks, no problems.

My 83 year old wife does not have a left hip due to a MRSA infection and this cushion has given her comfort and freedom from sores.
Keep it simple and inexpensive-GREAT PRODUCT
PRICE and company reputation. Supplier wanted $325 for the Cadillac version. I got the Volkswagon equivalent for $79. Same Same. Ease of setup. Pump is user friendly. Mom loves the savings and the squishy feeling under her butt.
Label the Non-skid side. I had it upside down until the home-health nurse fixed it for me. Fits on lift chairs perfectly.

80 year old Mom has Parkinson's disease and is sedentary most of the day. Roho cushions on each lift chair negated her bedsores within a week.

I am 61 and use wheelchair constantly. My cushion fully inflated gave the best comfort, but it put me too high; I'm still trying to find the best fit
Having a good seat cushion is invaluable; comfort and ...
It is well made and holds air very well.
I do not know. I hope it will last for at least two years.
