Cannot try chair out. It is too big for her. Don't know...
Very sturdy.
Cannot try out before buying. But this is not the product. Just the conditions of purchase.

My daughter has myotonic dystophy. She has a very difficult time standing up. We bought this chair to help her.
Comfortable and clean-able chair for Mom
Finding a non-porous fabric on a lift chair was a challenging task. This chair ticked all of the boxes.
Shipping was fine, but, as the purchaser not living with my mother, I had no information about whether or not the chair was delivered, or if my mother actually received the chair. I had to make a visual and call the company to confirm delivery.

I am 73 years old and both of my knees are bone to bone. This product is a very good chair and really saves me from a lot of pain when getting up
User is very satisfied with chair
size, ease of use, comfort
my mother continues to use a back pillow so I believe I should have looked further into the lumber feature prior to purchasing

cambridge 401 3 position. well made, stable, quiet motor works effortlessly.salesmem was a wealth of help and emailed detailed information on insurance/medicare and would help fileing. delivery was on time and delivered in a 2hr window as promised by carrier. great co. super great service, a really good product. at a very competitive price. one of the best online purchase/satisfaction for me thanks
the only weakness is not the product but because of so many fabric/color choices options like heat/massage have to be made at time of order. would be good if they had some limited color/option chairs ready to ship for those who need them a bit quicker and a basic nuetral color is fine.

my husband is 72 and had a bout of back trouble. narrowing of the spinal cord, and other spinal issues. It is somewhat better now.
Comfortable when leaned back, but the seat is a bit hard.
The chair was very helpful during the short time that Dad was able to use it to help him into a nearly standing position. Mom was unable to pull him into a standing position otherwise.
When used by someone other than Dad, it is slow to go from a reclined position to a position where the person can get out of the chair to go answer the phone for example.

Unfortunately my father who had Alzheimers only used his chair about three times before he became bedridden and passed away. My mother's using it.
