The cushion is as advertised but the accessories are poor...

The pump that came with it was inferior to an older one that came with a previous cushion. The quality of the pump is inferior. We are using the old pump which still works well. The cushion appears to have a slow leak.

The best option for padded seat cushions.
Ease of use. Washable cover.
Air valve glue seal (front left corner) and opposite 'nipple' (front right corner) have both failed on every single one of my cushions I have purchased.

The best cushion I have found to prevent decubitus
Functionality and durability
It is very difficult to patch leaks in this cushion. My experience is that once a leak develops it will require repeated maintenance. I have made it a habit to order a new cushion when a leak develops because of this problem.

They are the best but they start to leak after a few years
They are the best for your behind
They leak in time I have not had one last more then a few years. They seam to be getting thinner? I dont know it that is good or bad will see how long this one will last have tried them all and come back to Roho no ulsers with them. Not used for travel to fragle but great for everyday.

So far it has met expectations
I pump the cushion up fairly firm and as he starts to feel uncomfortable, release some. This seems to be helping for someone who has to sit all day.
So far, it is doing well but I wish I could pump it up with patient on it. I'm afraid to try that for fear of bursting it. It feels so flimsy when there is not much air in it. So far I am pleased though.

Rohos have always served me well.
Multi cells to distribute weight, ease of inflation.
Roho cushions damage too easily and leaks are difficult or impossible to repair.

My Mom doesn't think it very comfortable, however, she is using it.
We hear this is the top of the line cushion - and are...
According to the research and recommendations we got for this cushion, it's the best of the best. Our friend says that it is more comfortable than the solid cushion he was using before
It would be nice if it came with a water repellant/washable cover. Also it's hard to know if it's inflated optimally (although our friend is comfortable, so maybe that's the test)

Our 85 year old friend who is primarily in a wheelchair uses the ROHO cushion in his wheelchair
I buy ROHO's because they are the best I can find for...
Comfort, protection from sores. Reduced pain and spasticity.
