A new experience with this type of product.
Weight, ease of folding, brakes, grips, wheels
Handles still too high at lowest setting for female. Bars on sides of seat too tight/hurt for any length of time when seated for full-body woman!! Maybe could be a bit more rounded than straight????

Spouse, osteoarthritis bilateral knees.

folds up. pushes good
The brakes cables keep braking. Anyway they could make a walker with hydraulic disc brakes. The user sometime seems to wear down the tires from the brake. I wouldn't mind paying more for a hydraulic braking system.

Weight. Rear wheels are too slick for the brakes to be effective on capret. I need the brakes to hold when I rise from a seated position. Also needs a cup holder.

I am 71 . Having had 20 bone /joint surgeries from ankle to the skull bone and a visious onset of artheritus, I needed an ambulatory assist.
JUST WISH YOU COULD MOVE IN IT SITTING DOWN.
THE ABILITY TO WALK AND SIT WHEN YOU FEEL TIRED.
JUST THE FACT THAT YOU CANNOT WHEEL AROUND SITTING ON IT.

58.5 WITH SPURS AND ARTHRITIS IN THE LEFT AND RIGHT KNEES. LEFT MOST SEVERE. ALSO BACK PAIN AND WEAKNESS.
Good product wish it was lighter to lift into the car
It is easy to navigate in the house and fits through most doorways. Built strong and works well outdoors. Appreciate the fact that there is an 800# to call regarding questions or repairs.
The seat is slippery. I need to use a rubber backed pad in order not to slip off. I also feel the seat could be wider and more comfortable. I don't use the back rest cause it makes the seating area smaller. The seat is very hard after a while makes sitting uncomfortable.

We had a very tall man that needed extra height for the rollator to improve his posture which it has done very well.
It's a BMW-er!
It's construction and dimensions are substantial. It's features and finishes are of fine quality.
Not weaknesses, but I've not been able to assess its durability, particularly the running gear, 'cause I've not yet had opportunity to put some real miles on it yet.
