Delivery was as promised and installers were very user...
Sturdy construction and various reclining functions.
The arm rests could be more heavily padded.

We have owned several lift chairs but this chair is by far the best. Many positions, a couple inches wider on the large size and mainly the comfort.

hand held control unit, needs better accessibility
overall function is valuable for the handicapped
in order to save function of hand held control unit, I unplug the chair after each use. other wise control unit burns out after 1st year

74 yr old female, Hx low back pain, 2 spinal fusions.Lift chair a necessity
Best chair I have ever had
Accommodates my size. Not a one chair fits all business. First time chair actually supports me and seat is not so deep I need 3-4 pillows. Can use this with no pillow and I’m 5’4”. Heat and massage worth extra cost.
Wish it had memory to save chair settings. I get a comfortable tv, or reading, or sleeping position and then have to find it again next time I want to use it. I’d like to store my favorite positions and find them when I want them.

Person needs heavy weight capacity but is only 5’ 4”. Most chairs are far too deep to be comfortable.
The chair has made an enormous difference in her daily...
Being able to adjust the chair to infinite positions, including completely flat for sleeping. Raising to a standing position is a wonderful feature.
The remote control buttons are not easy to understand. Mostly just push one and see how the chair moves. Better instructions would be nice.

We now have your Relciner Chair right next to our bed in...
She can now get into and out of your Power Lift Recliner chair herself with very little pain. She can sit or lay into it easily and coming back out, it lifts up to standing position with no pain.
There are no weaknesses. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SELLING IT TO US. Jim Dillard

Excellent chair.
Many positions. Well made. Comfortable.
I wish it had a clear stage for sitting down like a chair. The cord on the control should be longer.
