Quality and Comfortable
The fake leather is soft, comfortable, looks good, and is easy to wipe clean. The chair is very comfortable and looks nice. The controls are smooth and quiet. The lift feature makes transfers much easier on my back. It arrived three weeks sooner that the original estimate for delivery. The backlighted buttons on the remotes is nice.
This chair has three minor weakness. The cord for the remote to make chair movement adjustments is too short. This becomes very annoying. We're tired of it falling on the floor all of the time. The hook on the side of the chair designed to hold the remote handy when not in use is difficult to clip the remote wire into and out of. We don't use it. After using this chair for a month now, I think having the controls to the chair built right into the armrest would be a much better design. The controls would then be stationary close to where the users hand rests, and easier for the caregiver to adjust. No more searching for the remote, trying to clip it in hooks on the side, and it falling out of the chair onto the hardwood floor everytime I transfer her. It would be nice to be able to order the heater option w/o the vibrating option. We use the heater often, but never the vibrating option. The electrical cords coming out of the bottom of the chair should be bundled/routed by the manufacturer with a design for the wires to freely move safely away from moving chair parts, like a channel or cord bundle path, instead of the owner just trying to figure out how to leave the wires loose and free for movement, and hope they stay free from moving parts and the legs coming down on top of them when using the lift feature.

For my 47 yr old wife with progressive MS. She can bear no weight on her legs and uses a power chair to move around.

Ability to change positions easily also the heat and massage are great add ons
Well it does take longer to get out of it like when someone comes to the door takes time to get back to seated position to get up

Weight bearing ability and comfort
The lift control should have a longer cord like the massage control, if it falls on the floor while in zero gravity position you cannot get out of the chair until someone helps you. I tied a string to it and the holder in case it falls after I was stuck in the chair for two hours needing to use the bathroom.

I purchased this chair for my dad who is 95 and completely confined to the chair. It is used as his chair and his bed and works wonderful for both!
I may never get up from this chair
I like that it is adjustable in 2 ways, the seat, and the back.
I would like to see a way to attach the control pad closer to the user when sitting.

Not quite what I expected
It is adjustable to just about any position.
No lumbar support. The older version had a more usable remote. Cloth covering seems to generate heat.

No disability, just wanted an infinity adjustable lounge chair.
some simple connect and disconnect fixes would make it...
Comfortable, firm, unlimited positions, optional heat and vibration massage.
The controls are not user friendly for my mother because of her limited mobility. 1. If the cord on the chair control was about 18" longer she could put it on the side table and not have to worry about calling me to retrieve it from the floor. 2. The plug hookup for second control (heat and vibration) is very hard for her to hook up with her failing eye sight because the connections are small and not a standard type. (3) If everything needs to be unplugged when not in use the manufacturer should take into consideration the physical limitations of the class of users who would need to connect and disconnect the controls. (4) When we were hooking it up one of the connections was unnecessarily far up under the seat of the chair and almost to the front of it. It took 45 minutes for 3 of us to find it. The other one was easy locate at the back and the bottom of the frame. 5. It would have been a nice touch to get 2 arm protectors in addition to the one for the head.
