Can't walk distances
The salesman I dealt with was very helpful, very available,...
Lightweight and can be made to fit in a car. A little slow but that's alright. Fits on the elevator.
A little slow. The recharge plug on the scooter is in an inconvenient place - a little hard to reach when a person has back problems.

Age 79, weak legs and back.
Opened up my life! Enabled me to go places I couldn't...
Ease of use - very maneuverable, goes into stores and moves easily up and down narrow aisles - turns on a dime - a real pleasure to use.
Bit of a hard ride - could use more foot room but these are minimal complaints. Generally a terrific product - love to use it.

Male, age 71. Major reconstructive surgery to right ankle. Total immobilization of right leg for 4 months.
Great product. This is his second one.
Ease of transport and disassembly.
It would be awesome if the base deck had some small rollers when disassembled (after the rear wheels were removed) to assist in sliding it into vehicle trunks and SUV rear compartments. Also, there are sharp edges at the top of the seat pedestal when the seat is removed. The edges snag blankets when covering in the back of vehicles.

OK if you have someone to help you in and out.
Quiet, Easy to steer, Controls easy to use for backup and going forward, The use of pins to put together very good, not too heavy and manageable.
It feels flimsy, only works on a smooth flat hard surface, the "off road" advertisement is totally wrong, it turns sharply enough to easily tip over if going at a medium speed, the expansion cracks in the street give the rider a terrible bounce at slow or medium speed, if you have even a small step into or out of the house you need a second person or ramps to egress or access the house, the arms do not fit through normal doorways and there is no tool to put the cup holder on the arm. In short, this is OK for flat hard surfaces, it will bog down and dig in soft dirt and rocky paths.
