User Details: Female, 250lbs, 5'4", 59 years old, Homebound due to walking and balance issues.
Strengths: Quiet, Easy to steer, Controls easy to use for backup and going forward, The use of pins to put together very good, not too heavy and manageable.
Weaknesses: It feels flimsy, only works on a smooth flat hard surface, the "off road" advertisement is totally wrong, it turns sharply enough to easily tip over if going at a medium speed, the expansion cracks in the street give the rider a terrible bounce at slow or medium speed, if you have even a small step into or out of the house you need a second person or ramps to egress or access the house, the arms do not fit through normal doorways and there is no tool to put the cup holder on the arm. In short, this is OK for flat hard surfaces, it will bog down and dig in soft dirt and rocky paths.
