My mom never has driven a car her entire life. This is a major production for us.
I have recommended it many times.
Cost, ease of use, and dependability.
The battery doesn't last as long as I'd like.

I’m disabled from a stroke 9 years ago. This is my third scooter. I lost my balance and driver’s license from a stroke – my scooter gives me my full f
Has given me my freedom back!
Handles really well, easy to put together. Feels very safe.
Seat wobbles a bit but I'm sure it's the way it catches within the cogs. Can be difficult to pull the seat off the post to disassemble.

Age 79, can't walk.
It does just what it is rated to do.
I am using it at country USA this week and its able to travel over gravel, grass and wood chips. It went over all of it except where the wood chips were new and spread quite thick. It's a very tough little machine.
The only thing I was missing was a headlight. It really needs one for this trip as we were leaving the show after midnight. I will be checking into that for next time.

Its ease of use.
Large rear basket we bought should be standard. Air filled tires should be an option for comfort.

I am 70 years old and have congestive heart failure as well as COPD. I am unable to walk more than 50 ft at a time. I now enjoy going out again.
Speedy. Substantial and rugged.
I only just got it, but long battery life, comfort, and rugged construction are its strengths. Also, it breaks down for transport if you don't have thousands for buy a carrier or lift.
Poor language for instructions such as "How the heck do you install the cup holder?" There must be a way to get the vinyl part of the armrest off, but how? What tool is needed? Needs a head and tail light. Guess I will go to a bike shop.
