portability
Some screws may need to be tightened; it did not have the tool kit in the box and I've been waiting for it to come.

87 years old. Can walk only 30-40 feet.
lightweight makes easy to put in car even for an older...
The transport chair is compact and yet sturdy with easy to manipulate fold down and quick to put on foot rest.
I'm not sure about the lastability of all the fold down areas to stay in line after lots of use.

Male age 76. Has had strokes and recently fell and broke hip. Now uses a walker but needs transport chair to get outside the house and go to doctor.
Quality lags but the price was right
Price and convenience
Quality control. Removable foot assemblies and collapsing handles needed quite a bit of encouragement to snap into place and actually stay in place. We had some near mishaps prior to some DIY engineering "refinements".

Love the chair it is everything we expected and more
We like the larger back tires. It rolls very easy. The hand and wheel breaks are a great strength. It folds easily and is lightweight.
Honestly we havent found any weaknesses.

We recently bought this chair for my 95 year old grandmother. She is in good health but needed the chair for times when we were walking long distance
hand brakes do not lock the wheels
light weight, easy to use
hand brakes do not lock the wheels

Overall quite happy. If brake was better I'd be real happy.
Lightweight is the best feature then foldability second.
The hand brake on handle does not hold without squeezing constantly. I have to squeeze and then lean down to set lower brake. The brake on handle should be able to lock.

Husband, 76 yrs old, is unable to walk due to spine problems. He can transfer from and to chairs.
Overall good
It comes assembled; it's easy to use; light weight and easily fits in trunk of the car.
The folding handle do not lock adequately, so when you try to go over a step or other obstruction that requires lifting the front wheels, the handles break down. Don't know if it is a design or manufacturing flaw. If they fix that weakness the wheelchair is ideal.
