best carrier to use for my scooter
the strengths are the ease of use with the ramp its light weight so even i can lower it.
I have not found any weaknesses at this time.

this lift is so easy to use and affordable
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this product a 6-7
It is pretty easy to manuever by one person, although it may need 2 people if the person cannot bend down and lift up gate. Do not have to take off the lift and it can always be on the van/car is an advantage
Sometimes when you lift up the gate to get the hole lined up with the screw, in colder weather, I think that it sticks so we have had to pound the end of the screw (for lack of a better term) to get into the hole. Also for a manual lift, I think the price was too expensive

EZ carrier is a litte heavy, scooter is great.
The Scooter is easy to use and I like the speed and also the grade capabilities. The on board charger is very convient and the headlight is a nice feature. The EZ Carrier is very durable and well made, shold work well.
The scooter rear deck cover needs a more commercial grade Velcro for attaching, doesn't hold firmly enough. The Rally manual has many incomplete or cut off sentences throughout the manual. It would be nice to have suggestions for securing scooter to the carrier. On the EZ Carrier it would be nice to have either spring assisted or hydraulic assited lifts on the unit when changing from vertical to horizontal lift or vice versa.

needs better instruction manual for specific assy.
Easy to load my scooter on the unit using the ramp; it is suprisingly easy to use. not to hard to connect hitch.
Athough as a person get older not sure of ease to mount the unit to the truck with out help. I have devised a tool for removing the unit and installing it when I need to by my self, works real well for me, espially as I will get older. It will get hard to tighten the bolt to the hitch by the user the rest of the bolts pretty easy.

age 65 bad knees hard to walk. nurophy in fingers
It does what we need it to do.
It is strong enough for the weight it must carry. (Power chair) It fits solidly. It does what you said it would do.
Noone that we have found so far.

Excelent product that works as advertised.
This carrier is built well and works as it is advertised. I have used the carrier from Stockton California to Mesa Arizona and back and from Stockton to San Diego and back with no problems. It is simple to use but does require some strength to lift the platform to the folded position. I like this carrier.
I had to read the instructions two or three times to understand how to assemble the carrier. It does go together as described but I had to read the directions a few times to understand them. No major weakness that I have found with the carrier.

age 67, just slow.
Not very impressed with the quality of the welding.
The carrier works fine now after I had the insert disassembled and rewelded properly.
The insert that goes into our hitch on our van was welded at an angle. And the carrier sat very crooked on our van with the cart hard to load.

Wife, 72 years old with bad knees and can not walk any distance at all.
It is everything they say about it.
Ease of use.
It needs to accomadate a higher distance from the ground for pickup trucks. I had to lower it two more inches and drill another hole so I could put two bolts in it.
