This scooter has given me so much freedom and independence.
Very comfortable and easy to operate.
None, I love it.

I am a 38 year old female with MS.
Perfect for our needs
Ease of taking apart, weight, 4-wheels, battery life, and size. It fits perfectly in the back of our Honda Fit, without folding down the back seat and we don't need to remove the wheel section either. Product arrived ahead of expectations and was in perfect condition. Easy to put together and instructions were clear. We look forward to using it at Disney World.
Haven't found any.

Well-built, performs well, a bit heavy to break down and...
Well-made, runs smooth and quiet, fairly comfortable, good range of speed, easy to operate.
A bit heavy for breaking down and lifting into a car or SUV, the removing and reassembling on ground with lung issues. Horn is a joke! Needs a decent light.

24/7 oxygen with pulmonary fibrosis, continual shortening of breath. Still wanting to travel, be able to get around. Returned from two weeks in south
Perfect for my needs
Ease of use, portability, comfort
The speed control can be a little tricky. No shocks can make for a hard ride at times. the mirror is useless. I can't see anything with it.

I am a 65 year old female with arthritis in my back and feet. I can't walk long distances, so I use the scooter to go places with my family.
He loves it! Goes out for a spin every day.
Great turn radius, compact, sturdy. No fears when he decides to travel.

Good quality product
Good quality; ease of operation; ability to traverse uneven terrain (grass, small curbings)
We are disappointed that it does not break down easily for transport. The one we borrowed could be put into a car trunk. Apparently we didn't read the "fine print".

Works for us
Easy to haul. Good battery life, durable
It would be nice to have a decent sized lockable container for valuables
