Seat is molded in order for my father to sit correctly in the wheelchair. The padding is firm and has a great water resistant cover.

The front of the cushion is molded with a area near the genitals which is uncomfortable for a male.

I have a folding wheelchair (Quickie LXI) and the velcro on the bottom of the cushion makes it easy to remove the cushion which is a prerequisite for folding the chair before I put the chair in my van.

Once you get used to taking off cover to wash it, you learn how to put cover back on with ease. This is my fifth one (in 3years.) I also use the cushion on my other chair. How many more do I have to buy before a freeby arrives? Just curious!! Thank you
