Overview
The Jay Basic is a 2.5 inch thick, mildly contoured wheelchair cushion. It is a soft, foam cushion designed to provide stability and comfort for the person with a flexible posture at low risk for skin breakdown. The user should have a symmetrical posture with a minimum need for postural support.

The Jay Basic is an affordable cushion that can be ordered in the right size for your seating surface. The cushion comes with a moisture resistant cover which also helps with incontinence and protects the cushion. There is a no slip surface that keeps the cushion in place when transferring.

What You Need to Know When Ordering
The size of your cushion should match your wheelchair seat and extend within 1-2 inches from the back of the knees.
*Due to FDA regulations, cushions cannot be returned if the clear plastic poly bag has been opened or torn.

Sunrise warrants the cushion to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for a specific period of time. This limited warranty applies to:
1. JAY Basic Cushion
2. JAY Basic Pro Cushion
For a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase,
provided normal use, should a defect in materials or workmanship
occur, Sunrise Medical will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge. This warranty does not apply to punctures, tears, or
burns. It does not apply to the cushion’s removable cover
