Convenient
Design. Ease of handeling.
It would be nice to be able to lock the product in the closed position. That would make it easier to transfer /load it into the car

I have severe arthritis and need assistance so that I don't fall down.
very good item.
Ease of use, just the right size. Weight is good. Easy to fold for transport in car.
Seat either adjustable or about 2 inches lower. Short persons feet can't touch the floor when seated.

The brake cable clips keep comming off. Needs a better clamping. Would help if the seat were adjsutable about two inches lower. very good quality.

Aluminum Rollator w/7.5" Casters: Review
Well made and has 8 inch wheels. Easy to get around and move
The brakes were rather stiff a first but after I snapped them 20 times the stiffness left. I do feel there should be a service wrench with this item for the screws and taps on the braking system. It could fit in compartment under the seat. Easy to make.

I'm a 73 year old male with the reminants of Polio from 1954. I have trouble with balance and joints. the rolled walker works well for me.
Aluminum Rollator w/7.5" Casters: Review
Lightweight and easily transported
The handbrakes are so difficult to lock that Mom cannot do it by herself. If no one is around to do it for her, she has to make sure the walker is backed up to a wall when she needs to sit on it.

88 year old femaile. She needs stability to avoid falls
It is a very good product
The way it is constructed, the back brace folds up for easy transportation.
There is one problem that should be addressed and that is the brake. When the brake is set, it will move very easily. The wheels seem to be very slick and do not hold even on carpeting.

The wheels are hard rubber, they really should have air filled tires or rubber tires for ease of rolling on hard surface.
