Husband has amputated leg.this is his life line to socialize n help around the house. Morale soared after scooter use
Great scooter, great price.
Size, width and length are perfect. Lightweight, I love the tiller, quietness, seat, and overall looks! Love the new floor. Much more durable then the Phoenix 4. However, would be great outdoors, but I am barefoot most of the time so it hurts my feet. I had to tape some soft gel padding there, but I realize that it was designed with the thought that people would be wearing shoes. Turning radius is great! And I love the placement for your feet.
It is difficult to charge my Scout with the charging port located so low to the floor. My Phoenix had the charging port on the tiller, which was much better than this situation. I also wish that this scooter had a light, I bought a couple bike lights.

I can not walk. I use this scooter exclusively in my house.
Easy to assemble and take apart for transport.
Comfortable and perfect size for me.
Wish it was a little higher off the ground - not that I have had any problems with it so far, just preference.

Unable to walk for prolonged periods of time in heat and humidity, buying a scooter turned out to be cheaper then frequently renting in Florida.

72 year old male with muscle disease. Difficulty walking. Arm and leg muscle strength is diminishing.
It works, isn't as powerful as they come, but I feel like...
It is lighter than many and not too difficult to disassemble.
Not enough weight in the front end. It lifts up sometimes. The back stop wheels are of great benefit.

I should have gotten a four wheel model.
It gives my brother more independence.
It is very easy to load and unload for travel. We used the scooter when we when on vacation.
We have not discover any weakness as of yet. He is getting used to the control.

My brother is 62 years old and has lost the ability to walk more than a few feet. He uses this scooter to get around the house and town.
Great scooter at a great price.
More leg room, good speed.
Does not turn as sharply as my Pride Go-Go.

75 year old male. Suffers from back trouble which makes it difficult to walk or stand for long periods of time.
Great travel scooter!
Easy to put together and fits in trunk of my car.
I wish it had lights and beeped when backing up, otherwise no complaints.

I love it! It is the best helper I could have asked for.
The ability to move the seat up and down and go with either front or rear wheel drive.

I am 83 with Parkinson's Disease, I have Spinal Stenosis and live alone in a four-story house.
Spent hours at an amusement park (with hills), battery did...
Purchased the "Extended" battery. After a day at the amusement park (where a significant time was 'parked' at rides), but going up and down many hills (many very long and steep - 6-8 degrees) the battery only dropped 1 green light. The battery lasted much better than expected, and the scooter handled the hills without struggling.
The scooter manuals had some mistakes. There are no extra features (lights, extra storage compartments, etc), but the price was well within reason for what we got.
