Good quality scooter but initial assembly is not documented...
Fairly lightweight, breaks down easily, seems to have good motive traction, enables someone unable to walk much to get out and enjoy life
The assembly instructions are not the clearest. The seat post height adjustment has a pin with a ring on it and nowhere to put it. Some are screwed in, some are not and the one in the steering column looks like it is but isn't.

I am a 297 lb individual I'm 5ft6in 57yrs old. I have m.s. and having difficulty walking. Love the scooter that I purchasedverysmall uncomfortable sea
This scooter allows me to leave the house and move around...
The batteries hold up very well. The swivel seat allows access to work spaces, tables etc. Much more sturdy than I expected. Narrow enough to drive in and out of the house through standard doors from existing handicapped ramp.
I would like the accessory (rear basket etc.) receiver to be lower and not connected to the seat.

quality like the changeable colors
turning radius levers are confusing to me. to go forward you have to pull back on lever; to go backwards you have to push forward on lever hopefully I'll get use to the lever system and not run over someone

The scooter is good quality and like the swivel seat and...
The scooter is well balanced and solid. Love the speed and that goes further miles.
The weight of the scooter, the battery is heavy and dismantle it every time to load it into the vehicle. If you have a van to drive it into is better.
