Easy to operate scooter.
Easy to operate.
Charging plug difficult for an older person to reach. Even on the lowest speed it still goes too fast. Color panels very difficult to change. I broke a peg trying to get one out.

Noisy and grinding sounds. The tiller will not stay tight. Have to tighten several times a day.

Very disappointed in this model. This is the 2nd 1 you've sent and it is not good either. Very noisy and grinding.
A product I don't have to worry about renting now.
The spitfire pro is easy to assemble and easy transportable.
So far there are no weakness I can't report at this time.

I am 85 with copd and congestive heart failure. Can't do alot of walking due to my breathing and needed this so I can go places that require alot of w
This is a beautiful scooter
Easy to fit in the trunk of our 2014 Mazda CX-5 AWD. Looks sturdy and classy. Good product for the cost.
The online drawing of installation is better than dark photographs on paper. No directions to disassemble. Seat post height hard to adjust, the bolt went into the back, opposite of the battery with no way to determine if the bolt went into the hole.
