I can sit for hours on this cushion.
I have one buttock larger than the other and I sit with better support than on a flat cushion. Well made and easy to clean and dries with a cloth.
So far I haven't seen any. I hope it lasts.

Comfortable for long-term wheelchair use.
Reduced pressure points and minimizes vibrations/shock.

Good quality and lightweight.
Footrests are a pain. They don't fold up so they are in the way. Also, the height of the foot rests is not adjustable.
